This makes it easier to administer. The time and attendance system includes biometric time clocks, which has significantly reduced buddy punching. The biometric scanners have also been installed at all the entrances of our building, and since we are an architectural firm, we also had them installed at all our constructions sites for a meager pay.

This awesome scheduling software has made my job even easier; it automatically assigns tasks to every individual and keeps track of their progress. The staff knows they will get into trouble for incomplete work and now I have all the due assignments on my desk every day, and the quality just keeps getting better. There is also an option to view the planned work and actual work graphically. Additionally, the system has an option that restricts the data people can access. This ensures that all the company’s information is secure.
