There are many employees who don’t want employee attendance tracking system to be used due to several reasons. One reason can be that they don’t have the habit of being punctual and other can be that they don’t want their manager to know about the entry and exit times, which is not only unfair to the organization but also to yourself. Unintentionally, a lot of your moral is going down by performing these acts.

Employee attendance tracking increases the efficiency of workforce management in a way that if you would come on time, you are most likely to finish off work on time as well. The perception that you have enough time to finish your work increases the satisfaction level and reduces stress at the same time which can lead to a quality work output. Employee attendance tracking is basically done through software which is used to monitor the time at which a particular employee starts and finish his work.

Employee attendance tracking is usually pragmatic in companies where they find that employee absenteeism is increasing with the passing days and the progress as well as the reputation is going down. There are also some companies which do employee attendance tracking just as a part of their policy and also in order to maintain a good reputation of their company. However, there are times when you don’t need to do employee attendance tracking, rather avoid it, as doing it might lower the moral of your employees.

I don’t have to use employee attendance tracking also because the milestones and the outputs to me are delivered on time. I am getting a positive feedback from my clients and they are totally satisfied with the work, as well as quality of the work that my employees are giving. So, I don’t really bother about the entry time and the exit time of an employee. All I need is the task of a specific day to be accomplished.
